Disappointed 💯!!

I don’t even know where to start. I did not receive my product and when I reached out to Bloomy essence sent them a picture of my package and what I received and to my surprise I was told that I should contact usps myself to sort out the issue. no form of remorse or compensation for the customer like it’s my fault. No responsibility for client service or even to reach out to client or follow up to find out if the item was received.Other companies will offer a better resolution to such an issue which isn’t the client’s fault. Really disappointed. This is my 2nd horrible experience, the first one was them sending my package to the wrong address and them asking me to go to that address to ask for my package after it was their fault and later they decided to resend another after numerous calls. You really need to consider your clients running a business is not only about making money, client service and satisfaction is key 💯💯
