I usually don't like to write reviews but I am forced to for the first time. I usually get scrubs and facial creams from this company.
The first time they sent a scrub which smelled so bad. I told them and they argued that it was the same I let that pass.
The second time they sent a way smaller container of facial cream and I told them and they still argued I pay for shipping before they can do anything about it which doesn't make sense.
This time a broken scrub was sent and they want me to pay for shipping before its replaced.
When I approach them they make it sound like am not telling the truth or am a difficult customer.
They are extremely rude and lie they resolve your issues which they don't.

Worst customer services. Very dishonest in their business practice. Rude and inconsiderate. Most of their items arrive broken because they are poorly packaged. To get a refund for items that were received broken, they expect customers to pay for shipping cost.
